More than 14 days before arrival: free cancellation — full refund of any payment made.
7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value is payable.
Less than 7 days before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total booking value is payable.

To cancel or amend a booking, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellations take effect from the date we receive your notification.

Amendments to arrival dates are treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and the above terms apply. Where possible, we will try to accommodate date changes without charge, subject to availability.

If we are able to re-let your cancelled room(s) for some or all of your booked dates, we will refund the amount recovered, less any difference in rate.

In the rare event that we have to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

We recommend that guests take out travel insurance covering cancellation, particularly given the possibility of ferry and travel disruption when visiting the islands.
