All accommodation is self-catering, with the following letting rooms available:

Apartments

Each apartment has its own separate entrance, kitchen and lounge.

  • 1 × one-bedroom apartment — sleeps 2 (double)
  • 2 × two-bedroom apartments — sleep 4 (twin and double)
  • 3 × three-bedroom apartments — sleep 5–6 (two twins and a double)

Cabins

  • 2 × cabins with bunks — sleep 1–2 people each

En-suite Rooms

  • 1 × double room (room 9)
  • 5 × twin rooms (rooms 6, 11, 12, 13 and 14)
  • 2 × family rooms — sleep 3 (rooms 10 and 15; double and single)
  • 1 × family room — sleeps 4 (room 7; double and bunk beds)
  • 1 × single room (room 8)

Facilities

  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the property
  • Rooms 6–21 have Wi-Fi-enabled smart TVs where guests can connect to Netflix and other streaming services
  • Rooms 6–21 have tea and coffee provided, plus access to a shared kitchen and lounge/seating area
  • Secure bike storage in our new bike shed

UTA is ideally situated within walking distance of the post office, shops and eating establishments.

We have a unique set up whilst the accommodation is not a bunkhouse, and not overly like a hostel but interaction with other guests is possible while also not blowing the budget away either.

Peter and Archie will meet you upon arrival and provide as much information as required to help you with the local knowledge to support you on whatever adventures you are undertaking.
