The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the local shops , eating venues and the post office.

Our main goal is to provide much-needed comfortable, modern, and well-appointed accommodation for cyclists, walkers, golfers, fishermen and travellers who are exploring the Hebridean Way or visiting the Outer Hebrides during the year. UTA also caters for visiting workers and larger groups.

The island of South Uist is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts, and UTA aims to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We encourage our guests to experience the unique wildlife and natural beauty of the island by booking local sea tours, going fishing, golfing on the old Tom Morris course in Askernish and exploring the beaches, hills, and other natural attractions that the Outer Hebrides have to offer. We would like guests to truly experience and appreciate the culture and surroundings of our modern accommodation offering. Access to all rooms is by modern key-coded locks.
